The REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) published a new Guide about the use of Social Media In Recruitment to its members last week.
The report came about as a result of the First Social Media in Recruitment Conference that I organised last July which Roger Tweedy, Director of Research for the REC attended.
All the speakers from the July 2009 Conference were asked to contribute to the research which contains some very useful and valuable advice.
The contents of the report includes:
Introduction – Roger Tweedy
An Overview of Social Media – Mike Taylor
The Social Media Amateur – Bill Boorman
LinkedIn for Recruiters – Mark Williams
Developing a Corporate Social Networking Strategy – Paul Harrison
The Future of Social Recruiting – Matt Alder
Top 10 Tips
