We are pleased to confirm that the following people will be speaking at the 2012 Social Media in Recruitment Conference:
KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Steven Ehrlich – Global VP, Client Development, aia worldwide Steven has been a complete ‘tech geek’ for more than 20 years. An early adopter of everything from the Apple Newton, AOL and the CD to Twitter, Satellite Radio and the iPhone, he has used emerging tools and technologies to enhance brand articulation and recruitment for numerous organisations including Deloitte, Exelon, Walmart, P&G, Areva, GlaxoSmithKline, Disney, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Yale University.
Splitting his time between London and New York, Steven works closely with agency teams around the world to explore, develop and implement strategic initiatives leveraging social media, new technology and innovative employer brand delivery channels. A thought leader who’s often found in front of a crowd discussing candidate engagement, employer brand, digital tools and social media, he has extensive experience in the recruitment space ranging from pragmatic recruitment programs to cutting edge digital and social media engagement strategies.
Steven is an active member in the United States of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE), and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). In 2010, Steven received the SIFE Champion Award.

Adam Templeman- Head of Resourcing – RWE npower
Adam joined RWE npower as Resourcing Manager in February 2011 taking overall responsibility for Resourcing within the business.
Adam attended our second Social Media in Recruitment Conference in 2010 and from the valuable information he gained not only was he able to successfully introduce social media as part of the recruitment strategy for his previous employer (CfBT Education Trust) but he is now making social media an integral part of online recruitment for RWE npower.

Katrina Collier – Founder & Director of Winning Impression
Katrina attended our 2010 Social Media in Recruitment Conference and her message is “don’t forget your attraction and become irresistable!”

Julia Levy- International Recruitment Advertising & Social Media | Employer Branding at Terra Firma Associates
Julia was a delegate at our 2011 Social Media in Recruitment Conference and is responsible for creating and managing International Social Media campaigns for both multinational and public sector organisations.
At the conference Julia will be speaking about how to put Social Media campaigns together covering different countries, languages and cultures.

Vasco Castro – Head of Research and Consulting – Potentialpark
Vasco is Head of Research and Consulting at Potentialpark and has eight years of experience in research and project management.
Potentialpark is a market research consultancy specialising in online recruitment communication and talent attraction.
Vasco will be sharing some of the highlights of their research and interesting trends they have observed from the candidate’s perspective on social recruiting.

Stephen Selby, Managing Director at Success Appointments Plc
Stephen Selby is the founder and Managing Director of Success Appointments Plc, one of the UK’s leading specialist retail recruitment consultancies, focusing on fashion, hardlines and ecommerce.
Previous to Success Appointments, Stephen has 11 years experience with M&S in both Stores and Merchandising, followed by 4 years in Senior Merchandising and Development roles with The Burton Group (now Arcadia).
Stephen will explain how Success Appointments have implemented social media into their business strategy since last year’s Social Media in Recruitment Conference.

Gareth Jones – Chief Inmate of BrubakerHR
Brubaker HR is a niche consultancy, which focuses on leveraging social collaboration and insight for improved business performance.
Gareth’s career spans over 23 years and multiple roles having worked across HR, Business Development, Consulting, CRM, Marketing and Recruitment.
A regular commentator and blogger on the future of HR and resourcing, he now works with a variety of businesses from tech start-ups to established blue chips, advising on marketing and product strategy, social and real time employee engagement, communities and exploring new revenue streams through social commerce.
He is also co founder of ConnectingHR, the rapidly growing, socially driven, HR community – www.connectinghr.org

James Dalton – Managing Director – Fonemedia
James has been in the Recruitment Marketing industry for over 12 years, working with agencies such as Jupiter Advertising, Bernard Hodes and SMRS. A self-confessed ‘geek’ when it comes to gadgets and gizmos, James founded Fonemedia in 2008 – applying the new world technologies of the mobile handset to the needs and requirements of recruiters and agencies alike.
James and his team work with some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious recruiters – Sky, The Army, Royal Air Force, Ernst & Young and Britvic amongst the long list. James is married with 2 young children and also has a major shareholding in an up and coming brewery in Yorkshire.
