KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Steven Ehrlich – Global VP, Client Development, aia worldwide Steven has been a complete ‘tech geek’ for more than 20 years.  An early adopter of everything from the Apple Newton, AOL and the CD to Twitter, Satellite Radio and the iPhone, he has used emerging tools and technologies to enhance brand articulation and recruitment for numerous organisations including Deloitte, Exelon, Walmart, P&G, Areva, GlaxoSmithKline, Disney, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Yale University.

Splitting his time between London and New York, Steven works closely with agency teams around the world to explore, develop and implement strategic initiatives leveraging social media, new technology and innovative employer brand delivery channels. A thought leader who’s often found in front of a crowd discussing candidate engagement, employer brand, digital tools and social media, he has extensive experience in the recruitment space ranging from pragmatic recruitment programs to cutting edge digital and social media engagement strategies.

Steven is an active member in the United States of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE), and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). In 2010, Steven received the SIFE Champion Award.


 

Adam Templeman – Resourcing Manager – RWE npower

Adam attended our second Social Media in Recruitment Conference in 2010.

From the valuable information he gained not only was he able to successfully introduce social media as part of the recruitment strategy for his previous employer (CfBT Education Trust) but he is now making social media an integral part of online recruitment for RWE npower.
