The second interview in our Conference preview series is with Lucain Tarnowski , Founder of Brave New Talent, the website that connects people to employers via a social network. Lucian will be speaking about Generation Y Job Seekers at the upcoming Social Media In Recruitment Conference on the 22nd April in London.

I caught up with Lucian and asked him to explain what he would be covering at the Conference, including details of any case studies he will be presenting.

A week after the video was recorded it was announced on the 3rd March 2010 that Lucian had been named among the Young Global Leaders for 2010 by the World Economic Forum. At the age of 26, Lucian is the youngest Young Global Leader in Europe. Congratulations to Lucian!
