At the 2011 Social Media in Recruitment Conference on the 7th April in London,  Katharine Robinson, Sourcing Recruitment Manager at Capgemini Consulting, will be speaking about “How to gain a Competitive Advantage by finding Candidates through Internet Sourcing.”

“Internet Sourcing” is effectively about having the skills and knowledge to know where and how to search for the best people online so that you ultimately end up hiring them.

Almost all Internet Sourcing is carried out across the Internet with information which is readily available in the public domain (apart from Job Board CV databases) and on the 7th April Katharine will be showing Recruiters how they can find the right people for their organisations through various sourcing techniques.

Whether being used for a Recruitment Agency or a Corporate Employer Internet Sourcing can be a cost effective way to to find new candidates and in the following  interview Katharine talks about her background and the kind of searches that can be made online to find the perfect person.
